Yoga for Neck and Shoulders

October 11-12, 2008 at the Ayurveda Center in Oak Ridge, Addie Alex will hold a Svaroopa Yoga weekend workshop for the neck and shoulders, two areas of the body where many carry stress.

According to the flyer:

“Experience freedom in your neck and shoulders for the first time in a long time. Discover how easy it can be to make profound changes by working in the core of your body, beginning from your tailbone and dissolving the spinal tension in stages all the way along your spine. Take a look at the other related issues in your life or in your mind, and learn how to set up your own program for making permanent changes in your neck and shoulders.”

The cost of the two-day workshop is $275, save $50 by registering before September 19.

The workshop is held 9am to 5pm both days. The Ayurveda Center for Natural Healthcare is located at 665 Emory Valley Rd, Suite A in Oak Ridge.
